Mold & humidity!!!! SO much mold!!!!!!!! Everything was great besides the summer time, run that AC all you want, buy a dehumidifier, you'll still find mold on your walls & furniture. Added into the new lease agreement, so they aren't responsible for their AC units not being properly sealed.
Sarah was awesome,,, the place is ok for what I needed. The walls are paper thin. U can't watch TV after ten pm or u get a noise violation. Quiet hours from 10pm to 8am. Pay 1.50 to wash clothes and 1.50 to dry. No pool or any amenities.
