I have only lived here for about a year and my neighbors keep complaining about none existent stuff. We have gotten multiple requests to turn our volume down when one of the complaints said it was around 4:00pm on a Wednesday (we all get home after 4:30) I get off work at 4:00pm, that could NOT have been us. Prior to this we got a reminder about “watering our plants” because apparently it was dripping down our neighbors balcony, but we don’t got plants !!! I love this place, love the layout love the park, location, love Courtney, she’s kind and amazing. Love the appliance and the space. Ive live in a 3 bedroom apartment for about a year now. However, if you are a family with 3 young kids (big kid toddler and Infant) I wouldn’t recommend living here. We have gotten multiple “reminders” about stuff that is not even true. It's a nice looking place and peaceful. It has a turnabout right outside of the apartment complex and there's a nice little walking area if you just want to get out and stretch your legs, or you can sit on the bench and read a book, etc. At the other end of the street there is a park where you can take the kids, it has a jungle gym, slide and swings.
