Discrimination and Persecution is highly in play at these apartments. The manager and staff will gang up on residents and other staff and cause them to leave instead of being treated fairly and accuse residents of things and will lie about you. Some don't even get written up for Public Intoxication and others for trivial things. Bias on the managers part. These are beautiful and well made apartments, it is unfortunate that the pest control is so poorly monitored. Residents are not REQUIRED to have a monthly spray for bugs, but they do provide a service to spray if you request it. Alas, the company providing such service is not of the same callaber as the owners of this property, i.e. bugs are a big problem in this property.
