We unfortunately had to put my 17 year old cat down recently. It was my first time using the Hampshire Animal hospital. I brought him in because he wasn’t doing well and found out the bad news. Dr. Katie Stover and the other staff members that helped me were extremely nice and caring. They even sent me a card with my kitty’s paw prints stamped on paper for a keepsake. Dr. Tom has always been amazing with my family dogs, and now that I have my own this is the only place I will go! Haven't officially met Dr. Stover yet but my parents rave about her! Won't take my dogs anywhere else!
I will recommend this animal hospital to anyone! I absoutley loved being able to get my poor sick puppy in the same day I called. As well, being able to transfer my out of state vet records too. I was one of the clients who only take there pup to one place.( which this happened to be out of state, due to our move.) So happy I was able to find a trust worthy, caring place. Dr Katie was wonderful to work with and I trusted her and her fabulous staff with my fur baby!
I’ve known Dr. Tom basically all my life. He’s amazing and Dr. Stone is just as great. The Staff treats both people & pets with kindness, compassion, and with a dash of humor (because pets have, um, “accidents “ in the Clinic). I recommend them to everyone who asks.
