I had them manage my properties for 3 years. They moved in heroin addicts, miscreants of all types. I lost a lot of money due to their incompetence. Stay away from these crooks. They steal a months rent from the tenant on move in I found out. That is actually illegal under NH state law.
Such low lives to begin with now putting up ugly photos of themselves within listings ? Trash act..
Worst people to deal with ever. They are snakes and will try to steal from you any chance they get!
insane While I have to say I did not rent form them but I did have them rent my property. Kevin is insane to deal with foul mouthed no one should have to hear this, needles to say I will never have anything to do with them again.
Honestly..Don't Bother..They SUCK! Despite the sketchy reputation and unsavory business practices I'd heard about these two, I found a rental property I really liked on Craigslist and lo and behold, they had showing rights. So, went to look at it, loved it, requested to apply for it, was informed he had a better apt. to show me, said great, i'll look at it, really like this place though, after many cancellations(on their part) just gave up. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! Sketchy is not the word. I can attest to paying first, last, and a "finders fee" to these cons. We rented an apartment and it was filthy! There was sauce on the walls, holes in the walls, and grime all over the place. We were shown the apt. while the previous tenants were still there and assumed it would be cleaned before we moved in. It was not. We complained and they paid some sketchy guy $60 to "clean" the apt. I think he may have cleaned the fridge and that's it! We spent the next few days cleaning... read more
Terrible company Hampsey and Grenier are generally ill thought of in the area, and I came to find out why. I was apartment hunting about a year and a half ago, and had called them to look at one of the townhouse apartments they were offering. It was beautiful, but they wanted first months, last months, and a months rent to be paid to them as a kind of finders fee.
