DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! STAY AWAY!!! They will ruin your clothes. They are irresponsible, don’t follow instructions and ruined over $1000 worth of my clothes. Never trust Hamperapp with your clothes. It’s basically a scam service with poor customer service and business policies. I would be very happy if they go out of business to stop them from ruining other peoples clothes. Shame on me for not listening to the Google reviews in the first place. Don’t make my mistake. All of the negative reviews are correct.

Thank you Hamperapp for helping me with my business. I have a cleaning company that helps me with the laundry service. They are always on time and their customer service is amazing.
Very bad service. Always cancel the pick up for next day, pr the following. My cloth stays outside for a whole day, just because they cancel many times the pick up. It had happen more that 3 times.
