The Storage units are clean and dry with doors that function how intended, smooth roll up and down and the locking slide needs minimal fussing with. The property is well maintained and clean of any litter right down to the lack of a single cigarette butt anywhere i have looked. There is 24 hr surveillance cameras at various important points and positions throughout the property along with security fencing and a key pad operating the security entrance/exit gate.
