We love this clinic. I moved up from Florida thirteen years ago and went from vet to vet. I loved my vet in Florida as he was practical and did the least he could cost-wise for his clients. I was having no luck until someone recommended Dr. Peck. We have been clients ever since. We love the vets and staff at Hampden Veterinary Clinic. 😊😊

I really love the veterinarians that work here...however, the receptionists have been rude multiple times to me, and my mother. It’s customer service people... it doesn’t cost anything to be kind. Thinking of moving my pets elsewhere. I’m talking to you Deborah. I also work in healthcare… And manage to be polite to everyone.
Beautifully updated clinic that is clean, staff is accommodating and friendly, doctors are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They have their patients best interests at heart. A great place to get your pets treated!
Professional, knowledgeable, courteous & very friendly. We trust the Veterinarian service to both of our dogs. Thoughtful... one time I went to get my dog, Astro, needed treatment. I had a fractured knee at the time. Dr. Penny brought my dog to the examination room & I followed behind with my cane. My two “Airedale Terrier Fur Babies “ visited Dr. Maryanne Mack at Hampden Veterinary Clinic -Monday 7/9/2018 We were greeted by Dr and her Staff ... Wallis & Wallace were Happy to be there and were Cool, Calm and Collected for their treatments... Does not get any better for all!!!
I can't even begin to say how amazing the entire staff here is. Simply put, they just get it. They understand the animals and the crazy/worried pet parents that come along with them. They are compassionate, supportive and always willing to take the extra time needed. One of my dogs doesn't do well in a crowded waiting room, and they don't hesitate to come and get me in the parking lot when it's our turn or to offer to walk the dogs outside while I get the bill situated.
