Worse landlord experience, I just helped a lady who moved recently with her application and she been treated with superiority and disrespect, landlord not answering calls and when showing up he is not opening the door keeping her standing outside and now she wants refund her deposit. Can someone help and provide me with the corporation number please, I have tried number in the site but no response.
99% of these reviews are outdated. Tasha has left and things are great now. Lorenzo, the new manager is wonderful. He's been here for a while now and he has changed things here a lot. In my experience, he's very communicative, responsive and gets back to you pretty quickly. There was another co-manager here for a bit, Emily -- she was also wonderful.
