Dr, Avant is great, very personable and very straight forward. It's a small practice that takes care of people.
I am completely happy that I have Dr. Avant as my primary care provider. His manners and people skills are outstanding. He was very adept at creating rapport. He managed our time well—getting an overview and then setting priorities. I left feeling hopeful that we had the ladder up against the right wall. All the staff were pleasant and professional. I feel lucky.
I’ve always received the best care possible great staff, and a friendly environment. Impatient people will always find something to complain about!
Patient retention and patient experience is clearly NOT a priority. This front end staff is just awful. I've been going here for 15 yrs and cannot remember ever having a positive experience with their front staff. This is the best medical group ever. Dr. Avant is the most personable and knowledgeable physician I've ever encountered. The support staff is excellent and I thank them all.
