This is the worst dental office I have ever went to. At first, this office was a little difficult to find at first, and it was exhausting because it was in the third floor in a very very far corner. Once I found it, I had to wait a little longer because the dentist there was running behind a little bit for a patient. Once I got in, there were a couple of red flags I have noticed. Dr. Potter, Ashley and Nayeli are the most professional private dental group I’ve ever been to. From my initial appointment all the way thru my treatment estimate everything was very smooth. Easy to schedule over phone or online bookings. I asked for a pre treatment estimate which was done same day of my appointment, got it back a week later just in time for my schedule appointment and the estimate Ashley intentionally provided was 100% accurate.
