The service was outstanding. I had an oil change, tire rotation and brake work done. They only did the work that was needed and didn't try to get me to have more done to raise the price, as other places have. It didn't take long, I was able to wait. They were also very fair on pricing, the pricing they quoted was the pricing I paid. Jamie was very friendly and took the time to make sure I knew exactly what was being done and why. I'm so glad I took the chance today with Hampden, they now have a repeat customer for sure!

Had a problem with my car today, James got me in right away even though they were unbelievably busy, diagnosed the problem, repaired it and all in the same day. I just want to thank Chris and James on their amazing customer service. I went in to have my car inspected today and somehow forgot my insurance card and proof of registration. Most places, if not all, would tell you they must have them and please reschedule when you have them. Not these guys. They helped me find the information I needed to get a duplicate registration and proof of insurance and still got me in during a CRAZY busy day for them. You need to check this place out.
