Will was great to work with. Superb knowledge of the area offered helpful advice. Will was patient and always accomodated our schedules. I highly recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Richmond area or its surrounding townships.
Will and team were fantastic throughout our home search, ultimately helping us land a property we love. We were out of state buyers and Will came up with a plan that let us see several homes and neighborhoods in person and then shifted to being our “eyes and ears” by walking us through several other properties virtually. Safe to say we couldn’t have made finding our Richmond home a reality without Will!
Worked along side Emily for a renting experience I was not pleased with. Unprofessional attitude, argumentative behavior regarding maintenance requests and issues, denial and refusal of mold treatment for unsafe living conditions and the list goes on. Dealing with Emily during the application and acceptance process was easy, but please do not allow this to convince you of a mutual working relationship the way I did.
