SCAM!! Never hire a roofer to do a tear down job. Kendrick responded to my Marketplace post about tearing down an old shed. He requested that I pay him up front which was a red flag. I paid him half for the job when he finished tearing down the shed and I was going to pay him the other half when he came to remove the trash but I had a work trip to go to so I paid him the rest early with the understanding that he would be returning to pick up the trash from the shed.
