They were OK. I was on the selling side, so I did not hire them, maybe that made a difference in service. Nothing went wrong per se, but I just felt like I was not informed. I was constantely ceking in tiwh my realotor and Hammonds on the closing, the settlement statement. Kind of felt like I was on a need to know basis. We closed on a Friday. I was the seller in a transaction where Hammonds and Co. was the closing company so they were not working for me. And I still thought they were outstanding! I have bought and sold over 20 properties over the last few years and never have I had a closing company be so responsive and on top of things.
