Megan was very professional and attentive from the first day that she reached out to me. She ensured that she was here for any questions or concerns that I may of had. Her timing was expedient and proficient. She walked me through any concerns and was patient to my time. Thank you for being whom you are.
Deanna Walmsley was amazing to work with! She always got back to us so quickly and made the whole process so much easier. We were on a court deadline to close, and she did everything she could to help us get it done on time. We really appreciated all of her hard work and would definitely recommend Hammonds & Co to anyone looking for a great title company!
So far terrible experience. There is absolutely no communication. We were supposed to close tomorrow and I had to reach out to my realtor to find out that it was being postponed again to sometime next week. I have bought a few houses throughout my lifetime and never have I not had at least a week notice on closing date and time. As the sellar this time it's even more frustrating to me.
