My name is Ben Cawood and Hammond Care look after my father John in Coffs Harbour. I can't put into words how far above and beyond they go on a regular basis so I will just say thank you so much. The girls Tanya, Trish and Nicole are some of the angels that make my dads life so much better, you are appreciated.

I have given 1 star as the staff are amazing, supportive, helpful and caring, BUT the food is terrible, they rarely give you want you order, they always run out of food so you go without, the portions are so small a 10yr old would be hungry, and you dont even receive a coffee after 5pm. Im getting uber and deliveries from woolworths as im losing 3 kilos a week, and im not walking so I would of thought I would of gained weight. I had major surgery but being here is putting my recovery in jeapody, and the whole facility I'd th... read more
