I'm so disappointed with the service I received from Hammond Care. The lack of communication between staff is astounding - I constantly got different stories from different people. It felt like they didn't know what was going on or what was happening with my care. The staff I did interact with didn't seem to have the right skills or knowledge, and visits were always cancelled at the last minute. When I tried to complain, nothing seemed to happen. Rebecca was great to deal with. Great knowledge, excellent communication and provided all the information that was requested.
My mother is a resident in the Borrowdale Cottage. She is very well looked after. Recently she transferred from the Hammond Care facility at Hammondville, which was equally good. Only moved to Miranda to allow easier access for her husband who lives at Caringbah. Would strongly recommend Hammond Care.
