This is a good place to live, affordable and the staff are always friendly and ready to help. The maintenance workers are wonderful with the elderly tenants. The manager is friendly, knowledgeable, and does her job exceptionally well. Every place has issues, but the staff and management deal with things respectfully, following the rules, and always putting the tenant first. I am thankful for my home. Great job, Northview!
Good place to live
As a former renter of Northview, I stand by my opinion that the people who work at Northview are very biased, when you have a complaint about something it takes weeks before someone shows up. Only to say they will have to get another contractor in, that they aren't in a big rush to do
Landlord is under qualified, doesn't seem to know what she's doing half the time. There's been a vehicle with blown out tires and broken windows in the parking lot for the past two years that she hasn't dealt with. Maintenance will break into your apartment under the guise of "emergency fixes" just to root through your stuff. Human excrement left in stairwell was reported, and left for months.
