Called to see about one coming out to disconnect my (4) month old unit due to me moving. Was told I need to set up a technician visit so they can see if it’s something they can do!!!! REALLY? No, I’m not gonna pay for a service call for you to look at my NEW UNIT!!! Would NOT RECOMMEND!!!
