I’m sad - I used to come here a ton about 5-6 years ago but it’s gone downhill. I stopped in on the fly since my usual place was slammed and just had a poor experience. QR code was shoved at me for tipping before the service was even complete and same with request for payment (I was getting a gel mani, wet nails weren’t an issue). I came to Hammond Nails in Sandy Springs for a quick SNS manicure before a trip, and unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the results. I don’t normally go here, I just needed something last-minute, but I definitely won’t be back. The technician only dipped my nails once, which I found odd because I’m used to SNS being layered multiple times for durability. This place has my heart! Their shaping is always so clean and perfect ! they really pay attention to the little details. Everyone here is so kind and welcoming, it honestly feels like a little nail family. The vibe is peaceful but still fun, and I always leave feeling refreshed and pretty. They have the best color selection I’ve ever seen, and they always know what’s trendy. I truly love coming here , they make every visit feel special.
