First of all, the folks who work at the Kingfield store are great, very helpful, and very informative. I needed a smart thermostat as the installers were replacing my Rinnai unit. Fortunately, the store had a Honeywell unit. Unfortunately, when I got home, the box clearly had been opened, the unit was dirty with fingerprints all over the screen, two tabs on the back unit to remove the wires were broken (see below), and the 76 page manual was missing.
