Now that where Butler has taken over this business, the customer service has gone through the roof. Everybody that works there is incredibly friendly. They don’t talk down to you and treat you like you’re ignorant. The one employee named Dakota, who is in the warehouse is the very definition of customer service. He should be training everybody on what customer service looks like. I had avoided this place in the past because of horrible customer service. This place ised to be warebutler and it was a great place then got a credit account and got a metal rooof and had and agreement with them to pay 300 a month till paid in full and put my card number on file and never missed a payment then hammond lumber bought it and now they want it paid in full and are sending letters saying the account aint paid i have the transaction in my email and on my card for every payment its ridiculous i will not ever do business with this company again and i will tell every not to as well
