I took in my favorite watch to have the battery changed. They scratched the back of the deeply, wasn't happy and the person helping me didn't seem to care.
The staff at Hammond Jewelers were very knowledgeable, super friendly, and returned our jewelry within their promised deadlines. The quality of work was impeccable. We had our wedding rings sized and we could not see any sign of seams and the new sizes were perfect. We felt that we could rely on them, that they were trustworthy, and that they did their best to repair and care for our most precious items. I've purchased my wedding band from Hammond, I've purchased a chain and had them permanently attach my pearl pendant for my wedding, they've also cleaned my rings and jewelry when I've popped in. Each and every time they have had superb customer service and treated my jewelry with the utmost care. Highly recommend! I'll definitely be a recurring customer.
I needed 2 bracelets repaired ASAP as my daughter was flying to the UK for a funeral and Hammond Jewelers managed to do it the same day even though the wait list was 2 weeks. Extremely happy thank you.
