Dishonest shop, came in for a replacement watch battery for nephews watch, the person at the shop stated it would be 30$ because "it's lithium" my spouse accepted this at the time. The battery in the watch is a cr2016 which is worth 5$ at most, I've been to many watch shops and typically getting a timex battery replaced is 10-20$
I took in my favorite watch to have the battery changed. They scratched the back of the deeply, wasn't happy and the person helping me didn't seem to care.
The staff at Hammond Jewelers were very knowledgeable, super friendly, and returned our jewelry within their promised deadlines. The quality of work was impeccable. We had our wedding rings sized and we could not see any sign of seams and the new sizes were perfect. We felt that we could rely on them, that they were trustworthy, and that they did their best to repair and care for our most precious items.
