Yesterday I called and spoke to Gary about a 2014 Softail Deluxe listed for $11,499. He advised that someone else was trying to finance the bike and he would let me know if that deal fell through. Received a call later in the day from Gary letting me know the bike was now available for purchase and I was 'next in line'. I told him I had a bike to trade in and would be purchasing the Softail cash and would be by within 2 hours. Good size dealership. Clean, friendly.. Several bikes, but just the typical stuff at every Dealer. absolutely NO sizes any hardly any shirts unless you are a 4x.
Really cool group here. Needed a tire real early this morning. Had to wait a few hours to open (didn’t expect otherwise). General manager wasn’t friendly seemed like real angry that we were having to wait for the store to open. Everyone from the salesman, service and parts were good people..
All the folks here are awesome from sales, shop, and merchandise. Joseph, Jesse, Guy, and Brad are great to deal with.
The service department scheduled an appointment for today 4/12. I get here and nobody is here. WTF?
