Hammond and hammond is the joke with no punchline. The rudest most inept leasing company in the existence of leasing companies. Victoria and the entire staff have no idea how to conduct themselves in a professional manner.

Absolutely horrible customer service from representative Jessica. Very stand offish. Refused to be asked questions about a listing. You can hear her attitude from the phone. If you don’t like your job don’t take it out on the customers.

We highly recommend H&H and cannot say enough good things about them. H&H have managed our properties for over 25 years and made our investments worry-free. We started out managing a unit on our own, but with busy travel schedules it became clear that we had to find a management company to handle the property for us.
