I have been a tenant at this apartment complex H&H are managing and just want to say that Branden Bennet has been the best manager for the past 12 yrs + we’ve been here. He’s very professional, respectful, responsive to requests/or questions and in updating important matters to the tenants in a very timely manner. We’ll surely miss you! Hammond and Hammond is the best property management team we have had the pleasure of doing business with. We own apartments in Santa Monica and a single-family home we rent in the valley. The owner is as kind and helpful as they come and if you are lucky enough to have Susan handle your account, you will be more than satisfied with the service. Susan is the absolute best and we feel very fortunate to work with her. You won't go wrong with Hammond and Hammond.
