Excellent customer service and great selection! – As someone who had never ordered large quantities of rocks for landscaping before, I really had no idea what to expect. I stopped in to browse on a Saturday, and was very pleased with the selection available. Everything was well explained to me, and I didn't feel pressured to make an immediate decision. Hammonds, terrible service, dishonest – I am 24 and i recently bought a house in east lansing. I have used hammond farms for everything (until today) and have been satisfied. My most recent trip I bought a certain amount of stones to construct a fire pit. I was shorted a few stones, so I called back quickly (within the hour) to address the problem.
