I rented from them before and had a great experience but last month we had a bad experience due to water backed up in both sinks on the 2nd day despite my mom and I only using to wash hands a couple times since there are no dishes or pots and pans included to use in the trailer to wash. I asked for a partial refund and got a firm NO! This was NOT our fault but hers but she did not accept responsibility and apparently did not empty the tanks out before renting it out to me. I'm very disappointed!

Great experience with renting a camper for the weekend. The unit was clean and spacious. Great to do business with.

My family had a great experience renting through Hammond. The communication was easy, the pricing was fair, and the unit was delivered to Mears State Park in Pentwater right when they told me it would be. The unit itself was beautiful and in great shape - plenty of room for my family. I would definitely recommend Hammond.
