Bob is hands down one of the best landlords! He actually cares about his tenants.
We paid these guys $325 for an “initial spray” and after that it was supposed to be $50/month. They did the initial spray and we haven’t seen them for 2 months. They won’t answer the phone, won’t call us back, I’ve even shown up to the office during business hours and nobody is there. I would definitely not recommend these guys. It’s hard to feel as if I haven’t been blatantly scammed. I would give 0 stars if I could.
