Bryan did an exceptional job. He diagnosed the problem in minutes and had my system cooling in no time at all. He was courteous and professional, and very helpful. Thanks Bryan for making this service call such a good experience.
Bryan came to the house to fix our heating. It worked the 1st day. Unfortunately, the next morning my house was cold. I called H.A.C. right away and Bryan came out within the hour and fixed the issue completely. He was very professional, kind and courteous. Keep up the great customer service Bryan!

They installed a Rudd unit and after a year it started acting up, we called Hammond and despite the issue being unprecedented (trust me I checked) Hammond did not quit until they made it right. Hammond Heating & AC is awesome all the way around. I interviewed 4 companies and chose them because the man that came to the house answered all my questions and listened to my requests. When they first installed there was an issue. The sent out their best man Steve and the owner also came out. They fixed the issue and the unit has worked great since then. We had a very long ordeal getting our mini split system ordered and installed by a previous contractor who midway through the project left us and the project incomplete.
