Incredible work ethic, and a beautiful and very professional vision on current and older property estates that put the customers and property renters wants and needs first. Fair and understanding and pleasure to do business with.
Brent Bruns claims to manage properties. He rented me a condo in The Tidelands. This was not a cheap condo. $1700 per month which I paid in full plus a deposit. The unit wasn't ready on the first day of our lease. It was not cleaned. There was much we were not happy about, but needed a place fast. He complained about having to fix holes in the wall, etc.. Finally after a week the place was "cleaned" by his daughter. He then has the nerve to try and charge me $150 cleaning fee when we moved into a messy place. The list goes o... read more
The owner Brent Bruns did absolutely nothing to sell our property. Other than signing his contract we never heard from him. He always had excuses that he was out of town or some other such nonsense. After 30 days and no communication from him, he says he has no excuses. Pitiful. I didn't want to give any stars to this company but I couldnt post without it. I would never recommend him to sell anything.
