my best friend‘s boyfriend and I went into the store to find a Pandora charm for my best friend‘s birthday. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We have had such a great experience with Hammerstruck and couldn't fault the service we've received. We originally arranged my engagement ring through them and had such a positive experience that when it came time to organise our wedding bands, there was really nowhere else we wanted to go. I had a clasp and fittings replaced on a necklace at the cost of nearly $300 (yes just for the clasp) it lasted about 1 mth. I would not recommend UPDATE I did not “Admit” that the damage was caused by being “caught” on my clothing please don’t speak for me. I did not yell or abuse you through out our conversation. I did state I was unhappy and annoyed that after spending $300 and only being 1mth later that this would happen and I did say I was going to leave a review . I’m sorry you didn’t like it.
I can see why everyone locally recommend HammerStruck now. Friendly helpful staff and a great range across all budgets. Staff can resize rings very fast. I am happy with my purchase a lovely tigers eye ring a statement piece for when I go out. Will be purchasing much more from this store yet 😎💯🐈
