I am the onsite Community Manager at The Peloton Condominiums in Boulder, CO. We are a high end, mid-rise complex with flat EPDM tapered roofs. Hammersmith Roofing has performed some small roof patch work, and corrected some roof scuppers for us, all done in a timely manner and with professionalism and care. Water intrusion from roof issues is always a concern for me, and based on my experience with them, I would highly recommend the folks at Hammersmith Roofing!

They started the projected phased out and stayed within the phase making the project run smoothly as time frames were met, keeping the Owner on track also.
