Property managerment companies all seem about the same. Hammersmith has been a little bit above the others. Gwen in Frisco is pretty cool
First of all I want to start with saying I've reached out to this company twice about the issues we had in hopes that would work with us before having to write this review. They have not responded to either request, so I'm posting this. Six of us rented a condo in Frisco for New Years, and here's all of the things that happened. 1. New managers of mountainside condos and hasn't been a good transition. Will not return calls to owners. Closed the clubhouse on xmas and so many families were looking forward to a soak after skiing today. We called the day we left the condos to hammersmith in frisco and confirmed the cleaning of our condo. He assured us he would check himself. They did not clean. We have found alternative cleaning services. Update- Still having issues with communication at the frisco office. Owners are not impressed at all.
