During a storm a few years ago a tree fell on my house and I had to have some repairs done and that's when I found John. After loving the work they did and the team I again worked with John 6 months later to complete major renovations that brought the house out of the 1950s and into the modern day. We hired Hammerschmidt Construction update bathrooms, kitchen and turn a bedroom into an office. John not only refreshed our bathrooms, but changed the configuration to add badly needed storage for towels, medicines, etc. However, the star attraction of the entire renovation was transforming an unusual bathroom in our garage into a magnificent walk-in pantry in the kitchen. We recently had a bath remodel done by Hammerschmidt Construction. John handles all aspects of his work in a professional and pleasant manner and is very responsive. The billing was transparent and the level of quality in all work was excellent. We appreciated the way the site was maintained at all times. If you are looking to have a remodel done, he is the man you want in charge of the project.

We added a room to our home. We chose Hammerschmidt because it seemed like we were aligned in the process, expectations and budget. Hammerschmidt is thorough, thoughtful, listens to what you need and want, stayed on schedule and budget. We were delighted with the process, communication and end product. Hoping we will be able to find something to use them for again. Highly recommend!
