Hammerschmidt Construction has renovated two homes for us and the work has always been excellent. John Hammerschmidt is engaged, knowledgeable and reliable. He has both construction and design experience and he has been a partner to help us realize our dreams for our home. I trust the team completely.
We recently had a bath remodel done by Hammerschmidt Construction. John handles all aspects of his work in a professional and pleasant manner and is very responsive. The billing was transparent and the level of quality in all work was excellent. We appreciated the way the site was maintained at all times. If you are looking to have a remodel done, he is the man you want in charge of the project.
We added a room to our home. We chose Hammerschmidt because it seemed like we were aligned in the process, expectations and budget. Hammerschmidt is thorough, thoughtful, listens to what you need and want, stayed on schedule and budget. We were delighted with the process, communication and end product. We were grateful that John Hammerschmidt rescued us in the middle of a kitchen remodel. Although he said he doesn’t like to finish what someone else started because he can’t know the quality of work behind the walls he relented and stepped in.
