I acquired my first Hammerhead product (GTS150 side-by-side) recently used. It only had 250 miles on it so it was in very good shape, but there were still things I wanted to upgrade or replace to make it like new again. Yes I admitted I should have checked the delivered package immediately... but life gets busy and I trusted this company to deliver. They had a hard to find part. It was shipped immediately and I received it a day early. Part worked like a champ. I was skeptical about buying a $500 plus part from someone I can’t talk to on the phone but they came through. Good job Gus.
HammerHead is a top notch company. Combining their quick response time, the exact parts needed for the repair/maintenance, and the timely delivery this company gets the 5 star review. I deal with many repairs from companies such as Troybilt, Coleman, and chain brand names. They have been nightmares! Thank you HammerHead!
Really bad customer service. They cancelled an order because they "did not believe it's legit". Even after giving them all my personal details!!!! How do you do a online business if you don't trust people and have no way to check it's legit? Instead of trying to figure out a way to help the customer, they decided to just cancel the order and not even bother to call and let me know! Do not recommend this business at all.
