My parts came earlier than expected, and I really do appreciate that being we are in the middle of summer and we're constantly having rain storms happy I was able to fix my hammerhead Go kart the parts I ordered on a nice dry day because my first got to me in a very timely manner. I would definitely have no problem or apart from this company.I think they are on the ball.
Unbelievably great service. I ordered parts for my kid's Polaris Ranger 150 since they are identical to Polaris parts, but about 20% of the cost. I needed a dozen parts... and couldn't find 3 of them. So I figured I'd get them from my local dealer (at inflated prices), and placed the order for the remaining items. I emailed 5 different companies trying to find parts for my son's Trailmaster go-cart. Only 2 of the 5 responded, and Hammerhead Performance was the only one to find me the parts. Their representative stayed in touch via email with updates on timing & pricing for more than a week. Thank you to Hammerhead for the kind of service that's so hard to come by these days!
I acquired my first Hammerhead product (GTS150 side-by-side) recently used. It only had 250 miles on it so it was in very good shape, but there were still things I wanted to upgrade or replace to make it like new again. Hammerhead staff is amazing - I had a question and sent an email over the weekend thinking I wouldn't hear back until the next week. To my surprise, they responded on a Saturday! Yes I admitted I should have checked the delivered package immediately... but life gets busy and I trusted this company to deliver.
