I purchased a new clutch kit for my go-kart from Hammerhead. After installing it, the go-kart only ran for a few hours before the belt broke and other issues developed. I contacted Hammerhead, sent pictures, and explained what happened. Unfortunately, they were not very helpful in diagnosing the problem or determining the root cause. Needed a 19T splined rim for go cart.Hard to find, but Hammerhead had one. Ordered Thursday late afternoon in Texas. Arrived in Michigan on the following Monday morning. Cart running new rim and tire by noon. Great service,great staff. Thank you Hammerhead.
My parts came earlier than expected, and I really do appreciate that being we are in the middle of summer and we're constantly having rain storms happy I was able to fix my hammerhead Go kart the parts I ordered on a nice dry day because my first got to me in a very timely manner. I would definitely have no problem or apart from this company.I think they are on the ball.
