I had the unfortunate experience of wasting my time and money on application on a building managed by Chris Pomer. I have never experienced such an insufficient, untimely and unprofessional level of communication. He will not answer the phone under any circumstances nor delegate his responsibilities if he is out of office. I am in a rather time sensitive situation. They purchased a property I was living in, decided to flip it and hired some sketchy people to “repair” my bathroom but really it was mold and dry rot they had to fix to sell the house. Their contractors went inside my private bedroom and stole two of my diamond rings by my bed.
