Hammer Nutrition is a huge reason that I am able to accomplish what I do in training and in racing. The research and development that goes into their products is truly evident, and the education that their web site provides regarding an athlete's need for their products, along with appropriate usage, is terrific. Hammer Nutrition is the only nutrition company I know of that makes not only fuels but also supplements for improving your athletic efforts and your life and general health. They also specialize in making fuels and supplements for ultra (as in very long duration) activities.
