Had a concrete sill break up at a loading door in a Commercial Plaza. Had difficulty connecting with a contractor that wasn't "too busy". Brenden was also busy but made room for my needs. He and his crew were respectful, professional, attentive, and got the job done. I will be using Hammer-It-Down again.

Attentive to detail, routered new mouldings to match existing when out of stock, matched paint perfectly, repaired water damage in kitchen floor and tile when subfloor had warped and pulled way, improved primary structural load bearing beams. Cleaned up was impeccable. He and his employees are personable, trustworthy, and careful.

Brenden and his guys were were very professional and had a great work ethic. They came every day to complete my project on time! Good quality work, the roof extension looks great! He told me he would come back if any of the eaves trough on the new roof leaked.

I am quite satisfied with Brendan work. He has provided excellent solution to our balcony and refurbished the wooden decayed floors with composite boards. So in a nutshell, Brendan pricing was reasonable and he has completed the work to our satisfaction.
