I have been waiting for backordered part to be shipped. I sent an email, received a tracking number, 4 Sep 2020, was told part would ship the next day. nothing, they will not return calls, answer emails, nothing. They got me for $300+!

They need to hire a new motorcycle mechanic. Mel, is worthless! my bike won't start I wasn't getting spark they had my bike a month all the wires out and then told me they couldn't figure it out come pick it up it looks like a basket case.

I have been waiting over 7 months for a backordered part. I was able to actually speak to someone about 3 months ago who said the order would be filled in month. Over the last week and a half. I have called, left messages, and e mailed with no response. Hammer in Hand has demonstrated their customer service is nonexistent, but they have no problems taking money for orders they cannot or will not fulfill. would highly recommend looking elsewhere for any parts
