It is unbelievable how unprofessional they are. They give you a rate and then, in the middle of the operation, suddenly say, ‘Oops, the rate is wrong, we need to charge you hundreds of dollars more.’ What is even worse is that if you do not accept this abrupt change without prior notice while the shipment is already in transit, not only do they cancel on you, but they also become aggressively angry to the point of yelling at you, swearing at you, and using racist slurs. Office atmosphere is great and they really care about each driver by name. Your not a number here. Local and road work. Great dispatcher!!!
This group just left me high and dry with a transport that was scheduled.....do not under any circumstance give them your business, believe me...there's a catch. Awful business ethics
