I bought my M70 from Jasper. PeeWee was awesome to deal with. He made it simple and wasnt pushy. He treated my 7 year old son with the same respect he gave me. He just really went out of his way to make buying easy. I live in Orange and drove to Jasper to buy, that should speak volumes to Hammer's competitors. I'll continue to drive out there to do business with him and reccomend anyone shopping to give him a shot to earn your business.
I am a happy and proud owner of several Kabota tractors and mowers. Also have many implements that makes life much easier. Sales. Service, parts, owner - all top notch. Don’t look anywhere else - go see Hammer Equipment for all you farm, ranch and outdoor needs.
Just picked up my new zero turn mower to go along with a L3301 I purchased a few years back. Collin Hairgrove was my salesman in Nacogdoches and did a great job. I really messed up loading it on my trailer and Mr. Hammer and another employee helped me correct the situation. Thanks to all of them and Happy New Year.
Sam was the person who sold me the tractor and he was awesome! I did not think there was anyway I could afford a new Kubota but I bought it and they delivered it and the customer service has been excellent so far. I would definitely recommend them...especially if you ask for Sam.
Only giving them one star because I have to. Purchased my second tractor from their Lufkin location and had the absolute worst experience ever. Was a bad enough experience I'll look into John Deere next time. The dealership did not have my tractor ready called me the next week went to pick it up to discover it still was not ready. Wanted to cancel the order and couldn't. Corporate had to get involved would never go back here again. Horrible customer service as well
Lufkin service manger is very rude. No customer service at all.
