Worst customer service. My wife brought her car in last Monday(July 13th) to get something fixed. Took all day and when she picked it up the problem remained. Made her pay and then told her they would roll that payment into a new car starter installation and would call her Tuesday(July 14th) with the details. Still waiting on that call. So we called them yesterday(July 20th) and they said they would get back to us. Still waiting. I wouldn’t go back here for anything. The staff here is amazing. I had a back up camera installed by the dealer a little over a year ago. The owner Andy is terrific. He has helped me out a few times and fix my concerns on the spot! This company really stands behind their products and services. A rare find in today’s world. I highly recommend them!
Went here with a commuter car to have a remote starter installed and then returned for sattelite radio installation. Inside of 2 years, both key fobs for remote starter failed....I was told that they had never seen these key fobs fail, yet I had 2 that both failed. Of course a simple repair.....replace the key fobs at $100 each. These guys sell poor quality equipment at a high price and do not stand behind it at all.
