The best company to work for hands down... I can honestly say they care about, and invest in their employees. Because of this, morale on a bad day is higher than anyplace I have been employed... This fact is evident in the quality of work done on a daily basis buy the shop and field crews.
I worked with hammer construction back in the early 90s. It was a very professional outfit. I had a blast painting in the oil field. Just a great company for employment and any company needing their services.
Hammer construction was working in my alley laying new sewer line they moved my trailer which was on my place with a skid steer bent the toung and they refuse to fix it horrible company
Hammer construction is a terrible place to work the supervisor In the office support and like supervisor who threaten and assault and bull other employee. The vp is a used car salesman that lies about everything and the main project manager is sleeping with the vp and uses that to make up rules.
