Overall, Hammerlee House has the potential to be a good place to live. However, my mom has been without air conditioning since she moved in a year ago, despite multiple requests for repairs. Several calls and emails went unanswered. A visit to the location found the occupants managing the building. What a mess. Their mgmt company must be proud....not!!!!

I have lived at Hammarlee for over 5 years and I love the community and the most recent manger Selena. She is always cleaning and has a smile on her face.The best manager we've had so far.She takes after her mom with her work ethics.
