I don’t usually leave google reviews but felt the need to share a very underwhelming experience at Hammam after sharing how I felt with staff and nothing was made right. I even left a private review and got no response. I’ve been coming to this spa for years mostly to get massages and this time I tried a facial. From the moment I entered, got changed and went into the steam room before my appointment everything was fine. Lovely place, great service an excellent place to unwind and relax.
Such an amazing experience. Really great knowledgable staff and very relaxing atmosphere.
Visited and had their Cela Luxury Spa Ritual. It was an extremely unique multi-stage experience and very relaxing. The staff here takes great care of you and are super professional with their service delivery. The tea room and steam rooms are great as well.
