The Turkish bath itself was great, but unfortunately, I left my swim shorts in the changing room after my treatment. When I called, I was told they hadn’t been found and that someone would call me back, but I never heard from them. I was the last treatment of the day, so it seems unlikely another customer took them. It’s unfortunate because I otherwise had a great experience, but having my shorts disappear and receiving no follow-up left a bad impression.
I visited Hammam Spa, King street today for the first time, and I can honestly say the experience was nothing short of amazing. I received the Hammam Rhassoul Clay Wrap treatment with Connie, and she was absolutely wonderful. Enjoyed the steam room prior to my nail services. Felt that Connie did a great job on my nails. I don’t get them done often and she took the time to make sure they looked good.
Service is excellent overall. Reception (especially Yasin) has been very helpful and nice and accommodating.
