This review is for the receptionist. I’ve always had positive interactions with medical staff—until I recently spoke with someone over the phone while trying to schedule an appointment. Unfortunately, her tone came across as dismissive and unprofessional. I felt compelled to address her attitude during the call, after which she became less rude. I understand that everyone has difficult days, but I hope the staff is reminded that patients deserve kindness and respect, especially when seeking care.

This is in regards to the receptionist and not the dr.. the receptionist put me on a super long hold and when she got on the phone had such an attitude the entire time when I just called to make an appointment
