Excellent response and service – Hammack was my 3rd call this morning, but they're at the top of my call list now! The technician was here within 2 hours of my call, and replaced a blown capacitor without trying to sell me a new unit.

new and used AC units – I have used Hammack for the past twelve years both in my home and with my remodel and rental properties. I have no interest in straying. They are great.

Exceptional Service – Several years ago we had problems with an old AC unit and everyone else wanted to sell us a new one and said the old one could not be fixed. Hammack came out and fixed it, it was not a major problem and did not even charge us. We have used them ever since and have found them to be outstanding in every respect.

Good for new equipment – If you need new equipment they are a good choice. If you need repairs they may not be the right choice. I have used Hammack 2 time and have one very good experience and 1 very bad experience. They installed a new outdoor A/C unit and everything was fine. I called them for a repair and after looking at the work to be done the tech said it needed a special Lennox part, made an appointment for later the next day, then delayed the appointment again and hinted like he wanted to do this on his own time.

An honest A/C company – I have used Hammack Air for years to maintain my Lennox system at home, and they now have our maintenace contract for the systems at my office. This is a great company with honest employees and affordable rates for their products & services. They won't sell you something you don't need. They have my business for life!
