The "Technician" we received needs to be supervised for a while and checked up on the same. It seems to us that he did unnecessary work and of course this was after hours and racked up all kinds of higher billings. Contacted supervisor who couldn't have cared less. 4 trips out, installed unnecessary parts and then sent a huge bill and the unit is now being replaced, by another reputable company. Stay away form HAMM!
