I went in this morning for a reoccurring infection. I'm really not feeling well but was trying not to make a big deal about it. A woman came in behind me wearing a mask, one of the receptionists said oh you're not feeling well?? We'll get you on the appointment schedule to see a doctor. What??!! I'm not feeling well either!! Went here with my 4 year old at 5pm they close at 630z I flew there bc of being worried and they said they were full took his temp said it was 104 and get to an er so he doesn’t take a seizure!!! Like you can’t check a 4 year old out. What if something bad happened!! So upset..
Very kind thorough staff was very attentive referred me out after tests and kept checking on me till I was there.
We walked in at 12:45 and were told there was 1 person ahead of us. It is 2:00 and are still waiting. No respect for a person’s time.
