The customer service is at a whole new low in there. Be aware!
Beware of this place. First time visit for a exam & cleaning at this office. I had a very long wait before I was seen. Most places you have to wait, but not this long. That is not what I'm upset about. Once I was seen, they did X-rays. After X-rays, I waited another 10-15 minutes before the doctor came. He came looked at the X-rays and teeth and then walked away. Then the negociator comes in and tells me I need a deep cleaning that is not covered by your insurance. I ask, how much it cost? She said $540. I said, no thanks, I... read more
